What is the opportunity?

The Senior Manager, YouTubewill sit at the intersection of emerging digital strategy and video storytelling. This is a unique opportunity to build out and scale our brand presence on YouTube, designing content tailored to engage consumers.

The successful candidate is a hybrid digital content strategist, end-to-end video producer, and data-literate channel growth specialist. Operating within a highly matrixed and regulated environment, you will work collaboratively with digital marketers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to turn financial strategies and concepts into engaging, platform-native video assets that drive sustainable audience growth and trust.

What You'll Do:

Video Strategy & Channel Management
  • Video Strategy: Lead the strategic development of long-form and short-form YouTube video content optimized explicitly for modern Search Engine Optimization (SEO) algorithms. Ensure our video assets are structurally positioned to be surfaced by AI search tools and traditional search engines.
  • End-to-End Ideation: Manage the end-to-end editorial calendar from conceptualization, keyword research, and target demographic analysis through to final platform publishing.
  • Script & Narrative Development: Write, edit, adapt, and refine high-performing, video scripts that break down topics into digestible consumer narratives.
  • Platform Optimization: Own asset optimization including drafting platform-native copy, descriptions, tags, timestamp chapters, and directing high-conversion thumbnail design.
  • Analytics and Continuous Improvement: Leverage YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and other tools to systematically analyze channel performance. Translate metrics into performance reporting and actionable programming adjustments for the pod.
  • Tactical Video Production & Technical Execution
  • Production & Post-Production: Independently shoot, record and edit platform-native long-form videos, YouTube Shorts, and agile social teasers.
  • Brand Alignment: Implement and maintain enterprise brand standards, visual guidelines, across all output, ensuring a consistent and premium look and feel.
  • Asset Management: Oversee digital asset management workflows (e.g., Frame.io, cloud storage systems), ensuring secure archival protocols for raw footage, master files, and version controls.
  • Cross-Functional Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Regulatory & Control Function Partnership: Guide video projects through review process with digital, legal and business partners.

Technical & Platform Competency:
  • Advanced technical knowledge of YouTube's algorithms, metadata structure, creator economy trends, and tool suites
  • Editing & Design Infrastructure: Proficiency with professional editing software ecosystems
  • Project Governance: High-capacity project manager comfortable running complex, multi-stakeholder approval workflows via enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) while managing tight production schedules.

Core Soft Skills:
