Primary Responsibilities:- Oversee technical alignment to business vision of building out new inhouse capabilities related to modernizing outbound communications
- Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, infrastructure, vendor, and business teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks across integrated systems and vendor workflows
- Align program goals with enterprise strategy and customer needs
- Consistent value delivery based on business MBOs
- Drive system demo to stakeholders and customers
- Ensuring technology solutions are managed to support business strategies, often working with senior management
- Directing the integration of technical aspects of all related projects/programs
- Conducting analyses, needs assessments and cost/benefit assessments and helping to broker other technology services

Required Qualifications:- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience leading large scale tech initiatives with proven ability to Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks across platforms
- 7+ years of experience building trusted relationships across engineering, business, and vendor teams
- 5+ years of experience in Forecast, track, and manage budgets
- 5+ years of experience in transactional print fulfillment functional domain with deep understanding of composition and communications fulfillment capabilities
- Experience with tracking and reporting on delivery KPIs, quality metrics, and performance indicators

The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
