  • Coordinate and implement infrastructure requirements from Technology, Broadcast, Energy, Sport, and OBS.
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement to evaluate costs, elevate risks, and find cost-effective solutions.
  • Oversee site preparation, installation, commissioning, and maintenance across venues, then decommissioning, strike-out, and site restoration.
  • Ensure technical design meets codes, standards, Games and stakeholder requirements, and Health and Safety regulations, while supporting Permitting, Risk Management, and Event Operations.

Required Competencies

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, with leadership in engineering, systems commissioning, construction management, or technical direction.
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Technical Direction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A track record overseeing multiple concurrent, complex projects across many stakeholders.
  • Skill with engineering tools (Autodesk, 3D models, technical submittals) and collaboration tools - Office360, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Autodesk Cloud.
  • Command of project management fundamentals - scope, schedule, and budget - with strong problem-solving skills.

Valued Experience

  • Experience with temporary infrastructure or live events, including obtaining permits for infrastructure delivery.
  • Knowledge of the California Building Code and of U.S. and California construction processes, suppliers, and unions.

What We Offer
