What's the opportunity?

You will partner with the Director, Strategy & Enablement to strengthen executive business management across Credit & Fraud Management (CFM). You will advance organizational priorities, lead executive business routines, develop executive-level insights and materials, and drive strategic initiatives that enable effective leadership and business execution. You will partner with senior leaders across CFM and provide exposure to executive leadership through the development of strategic recommendations, executive deliverables and business priorities. The role requires a proactive individual who can anticipate business needs, frame complex problems, connect information across multiple teams, and translate complex issues into clear executive recommendations and actionable plans

What will you do?
  • Lead development of executive-quality presentations and materials for Executive Steering Committees (ESCs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), executive updates and leadership forums
  • Synthesize information from multiple teams into clear, decision-focused executive narratives, presentations and recommendations
  • Support executive decision-making by identifying key themes, risks, opportunities and potential solutions
  • Lead development and continuous improvement of executive business routines across CFM
  • Develop executive agendas, discussion materials and decision frameworks that enable productive leadership discussions
  • Establish structured business routines that improve planning, prioritization and organizational execution
  • Support development and execution of CFM organizational priorities and strategic initiatives
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans that support business outcomes, and monitor progress across strategic priorities requiring leadership attention


What you need to succeed

Must-have:
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, business management, management consulting, transformation or chief of staff related roles
  • Experience supporting senior executives in a complex, fast-paced organization
  • Demonstrated experience developing executive presentations, strategic recommendations and business updates
  • Strategic thinking, structured problem solving, executive storytelling, presentation development and visual communication
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly learn and connect information across multiple teams and business areas
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing multiple competing priorities
  • Self-starter who works independently, anticipates needs and delivers with minimal direction
  • Undergraduate degree
