Role SummaryAs Market Influence scales, TrendAI is establishing dedicated, global ownership of its social function across
both organic and paid. This role sets social strategy for TrendAI's brand and executive channels, builds the attribution that connects social activity to results and leads the social team.
Core ResponsibilitiesOwn social strategy - organic + paid- Set the organic and paid social strategy across TrendAI's brand and executive channels, aligned to campaigns and market-leadership themes
- Bring deep paid-social expertise: audience strategy, budget allocation, testing, and optimization
- Own the volume-vs-impact call - prioritizing well-timed, well-targeted posts that optimize for engagement and channel health
Prove return- Partner with the Data & Analytics Lead to stand up social attribution and a clear performance story for leadership
- Own social performance reporting and optimization loops
Run the engine- Direct agency partners on execution as the "arms and legs" - briefing, quality control, and reviewing output through the in-house measurement stack
- Plug social into the editorial engine - take packaged stories from the editorial board and land them well across channels
- Coordinate executive/host and guest promotion (e.g. podcast episodes) with the influencer/podcast and executive communications pods
Lead the team- Lead and grow the social team and add capacity as the function scales
QualificationsRequired- 6+ years in social media marketing with hands-on paid social ownership (strategy, budget, targeting, optimization) and organic strategy
- Track record building social attribution/measurement and reporting ROI to leadership
- Strong editorial and brand judgment for a B2B/executive audience
- Experience directing agencies or vendors on execution while keeping strategy in-house
- High AI fluency; fast adopter of new tooling and workflows
Preferred- B2B tech / cybersecurity; understands the CISO/security audience
- LinkedIn-first organic and paid expertise; executive and employee-amplification programs
- Familiarity with social/measurement platforms
- People-leadership experience
