Location: Remote (East Coast hours preferred) About The RoleThe Paid Social Supervisor is responsible for leading paid social strategy across a portfolio of clients while developing and mentoring a high-performing team. As the strategic lead on key accounts, this person partners closely with Client Partnership, Creative, Measurement, and platform teams to deliver integrated, full funnel marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth. They bring deep expertise across today's leading paid social platforms - including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube - and understand how to leverage each platform's unique strengths to achieve client objectives.
Beyond campaign performance, this role is expected to connect media, creative, consumer behavior, and cultural trends to uncover new opportunities for clients. They bring a strong point of view, communicate with confidence, and set the strategic standard for both their clients and their team.
Success in this role requires balancing hands-on strategic leadership with people leadership-coaching others, raising the quality of work across the team, and helping shape the future of Code3's Paid Social practice.
What you'll do:
- Lead paid social strategy across a portfolio of clients, overseeing full funnel media planning, testing roadmaps, forecasting, measurement, and long-term account growth spanning key platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube.
- Serve as a strategic advisor by connecting media performance, creative strategy, consumer behavior, and cultural moments to deliver meaningful business results.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by providing coaching, raising the quality of work, and fostering strategic thinking across the practice.
- Partner closely with creative teams and clients to shape creative strategy, identifying winning concepts, testing opportunities, and optimization recommendations through performance data.
- Establish best practices across planning, campaign execution, reporting, client communication, and innovation while partnering cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Translate complex performance data into compelling, executive-level narratives and represent Code3 through client presentations, platform partnerships, and new business opportunities.

You should have:
- 5+ years of paid social experience, including hands-on platform expertise and a proven track record developing full funnel strategies for eCommerce brands.
- Deep expertise across at least five major paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proven experience managing, mentoring, and growing high-performing teams while establishing best practices and elevating strategic thinking.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate complex performance data into clear business recommendations.
- Strong understanding of creative strategy, testing methodologies, and how cultural trends can be leveraged to drive stronger business outcomes.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables required); digital marketing certifications (Meta Blueprint, TikTok Media Buying, Google Analytics, etc.) are preferred.
