POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager Product Management leads the development, positioning, pricing strategy, performance management, and launch readiness of assigned products, serving as the subject matter expert for their portfolio. The incumbent partners across Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Pricing, and cross-functional teams to drive portfolio prioritization, go-to-market execution, product scalability, and successful delivery of product initiatives.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage assigned product lines including scope, packaging, and offering structure.
- Support portfolio prioritization by providing product-level performance data, market insights, and recommendations to inform trade off decisions.
- Define and maintain product scope, structure, value, and packaging for assigned offerings, ensuring alignment to customer needs and operational realities.
- Ensure consistency and clarity in how assigned products are defined and communicated across the organization.
- Partner with the pricing organization to recommend pricing structure and guardrails at the product level, ensuring alignment to product value, cost structure, and margin expectations.
- Track product-level performance, including revenue, margin, and growth outcomes, and surface performance gaps with recommended actions.
- Define how assigned products are operationalized and sold, including sales approach, packaging, and pricing alignment.
- Support scalability of offerings across customer types, channels, and areas.
- Own product readiness, ensuring products are clearly defined and operationally executable.
- Provide the product inputs required for go-to-market execution, including offering structure, pricing, and sales approach.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Growth Marketing to translate product priorities into executable go-to-market plans.
- Support program management for portfolio product initiatives, including sequencing, coordination, and status tracking.
- Drive alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other functions.
- Ensure execution against priority initiatives and timely delivery of product capabilities for assigned offerings.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience managing product strategy and execution.
- Strong background in defining products, including scope, packaging, and pricing recommendations.
- Track record of monitoring product performance, including revenue, margin, and growth outcomes.
- Ability to support go-to-market readiness and execution planning.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional coordination across product-related initiatives.
- Prior experience supporting complex product initiatives and program execution.
- Capacity to translate product priorities into executable market plans.
- Understanding of pricing strategy alignment to product value and business economics.
- Experience supporting offerings through launch readiness with clear operational execution requirements.
- Analytical skills to identify performance gaps and recommend actions to improve outcomes.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - 7-10 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related experience.
- Prior experience supporting cross-functional product planning, pricing, go-to-market readiness, or related experience.
