This role is based at one of our corporate offices in McLean, VA, Memphis, TN, or Dallas, TX

This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Technology team that's creating consumer-facing, cutting-edge technologies revolutionizing the hospitality industry around the world! As a Senior Manager Product Management,you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the On-Property Product team reporting to the Director Product Management, you will support strategic initiatives, including Hilton's property management system transformation. You will combine strategic product leadership with hands-on execution, requiring the skill to define vision, build roadmaps, influence stakeholders, and deliver business outcomes. You bring strong product management experience, thrives in cross-functional environments, and can translate complex business needs into impactful product solutions.

What you'll do during a typical day:
  • Own product strategy, and prioritization for assigned domains, initially focused on PEP's inventory, groups, and reporting capabilities.
  • Translate business opportunities, operational challenges, risks, and hotel feedback into product recommendations and delivery plans.
  • Develop expertise in hotel operations, property management workflows, and business processes to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
  • Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery, adoption, and measurement.
  • Create and communicate product requirements, business cases, roadmaps, priorities, risks, and recommendations to drive successful product outcomes.

How you'll collaborate with others:
  • Engage business stakeholders to understand needs, operational challenges, and strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to identify and mitigate delivery risks.
  • Build alignment across Product, Software Engineering, Architecture, Quality Engineering, Front Office, Revenue Management, Commercial, and Program teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Support vendor and technology partner engagements by providing product direction, evaluating solutions, and aligning delivery with business objectives.

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
  • Initial ownership will focus on Inventory, Groups, Reporting, and other enterprise priorities within Hilton's property management platform, with responsibilities evolving as business needs and product roadmaps change.
What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Seven (7) years of work experience in Product, Technology, Customer Experience or related field.
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders, analyzing business and product requirements, and developing product documentation in a cross-functional Agile environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
  • This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)
  • Travel up to 10% (if applicable).

It would be useful if you have:
  • Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology-related experience, or High School Diploma/GED plus 12+ years of Technology-related experience.
  • Ten (10) + years of work experience in Product Management, Technology, Hospitality Technology, Customer Experience, or a related field.
  • Experience with PEP or another hotel property management system.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading Product Managers, Product Owners, or other product professionals.

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
