The work:
As anOracle B2B Functional Lead, you will lead solution design and functional delivery for Oracle B2B (eB2B / B2B integration and order fulfillment use cases). This role ownsrequirements gathering, Oracle Cloud functional configuration, testing support, and end-user enablement, while coordinating closely with business, technical, and project stakeholders.
- Leadfunctional solution designfor Oracle B2B capabilities, translating business needs into Oracle configurations and process flows.
- Conductrequirements gathering and fit-gap analysis, documenting requirements and driving decisions with stakeholders.
- Own functional aspects ofOracle Cloud configuration, ensuring solutions align to process standards and business objectives.
- Supporttestingactivities (e.g., functional test design/review, defect triage, validation of end-to-end scenarios).
- Enable users by creating and supportingtraining and change enablement, ensuring adoption of new/updated processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, integration/technical teams, data, project management) to ensure delivery quality and alignment.
- Drive readiness for go-live by ensuring requirements, configurations, and functional documentation are complete and traceable.
This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 8years of experienceas a Functional Lead/Functional Consultantin Oracle implementations (preferably Oracle Cloud) including 4 years of experience with Oracle B2B Lead-to-Order or similar B2B integration and fulfillment processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
Bonus points if you have:
- Familiarity with end-to-end order management and procurement/sales adjacent flows (as applicable).
- Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams.
