What You'll Do- Develop and execute multi-year ingredient category strategies, such as proteins and dairy, focused on resiliency, total cost of ownership, and sustainability.
- Lead competitive RFPs and negotiate long-term and preferred supplier agreements that secure capacity and mitigate commercial risk.
- Partner cross-functionally to align sourcing strategies with business priorities and deliver measurable savings.
- Analyze commodity markets, pricing trends, and spend data to inform sourcing decisions and protect supply continuity.
- Advance regenerative and responsible sourcing initiatives across ingredient categories.
What You'll Bring- 7+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience within food or commodity-driven ingredient markets.
- Expertise in contract negotiation, RFP development, and long-term supplier strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting spend, market data, and cost drivers.
- Experience driving stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage complex sourcing initiatives in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organization.
You'll Sweep Us Off Our Feet If- You have deep knowledge of agricultural or commodity-driven ingredient markets.
- You have successfully led complex, high-value RFPs and multi-year supplier negotiations.
- You have experience navigating supply volatility and building resiliency strategies.
- You have worked on regenerative, traceability, or sustainability-focused sourcing initiatives.
- You bring a disciplined, data-driven approach to protecting supply and driving value.
