As the Senior Manager, Prepaid Mobile Category for PC Mobile / no name mobile products, you will take on a pivotal leadership role within Loblaw Companies Limited's PC Services team. This position offers the opportunity to shape and elevate the customer experience and drive commercial performance across Canada's largest retail network. You'll work closely with our prepaid carrier partner and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver seamless acquisition, engagement, and loyalty strategies. Your accountability spans end-to-end sales, marketing, and operational execution-ensuring our mobile offerings remain competitive and resonate with customers nationwide. Key responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end portfolio performance across all channels and product lines, delivering against key business metrics including SIM sales, activations, churn, ARPU and NPS.
  • Own and evolve the dual-brand strategy and differentiated value proposition for PC Mobile and no name mobile.
  • Collaborate closely with carrier partner to influence and align on product, hardware, pricing and promotional strategies that drive acquisition, retention and commercial performance.
  • Lead the planning, execution and optimization of sales programs, marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle initiatives across retail, digital and partner channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, Operations and other key stakeholders to prioritize and deliver prepaid mobile initiatives while ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
  • Lead omnichannel merchandising strategy across digital and retail channels, including website optimization, product placement, signage and content, to maximize visibility, customer experience and commercial performance.
  • Manage inventory fulfillment, operational execution and channel expansion initiatives to ensure product availability, successful rollouts and seamless ongoing operations across all distribution channels.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights and competitive activity to inform strategy and maintain a strong market position.
  • Champion control brand standards across all customer touchpoints, communications and channel experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with carrier partner and internal stakeholders across the grocery and telecom division to drive alignment and execution.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess execution, identify opportunities and gather frontline insights.


Qualifications
  • Proven experience in telecommunications, retail category management, product management, sales strategy or a related commercial leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian wireless market dynamics, including pricing and promotional strategies, customer acquisition and retention, and omnichannel retail execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business performance through data-driven decision making, translating customer, financial and operational insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience developing and executing cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Digital, Operations, Merchandising and external partners.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with retail merchandising, inventory management or operational execution is considered an asset.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is considered an asset.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
