  • Review, curate, and maintain PCG eLearning and learning materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, quality, and alignment with internal communications and process documentation.

Stakeholder partnership and change enablement

  • Act as a trusted training partner and subject matter expert for PCG Administration, Operations, IT, Compliance, HR, Practice Management partners, project teams, and branch leadership.
  • Advise on training impacts for firm-wide project deliverables, workflow changes, regulatory initiatives, desktop tool updates, and new systems or process implementations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal platform owners to ensure PCG desktop application training materials and support resources remain current.

Governance, measurement, and administration

  • Establish training standards, program governance, and quality controls for PCG training content, logistics, reporting, and learner communications.
  • Track participation, course feedback, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness; prepare reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate schedules, communications, course launches, LMS administration, SharePoint updates, compliance reporting, budgets, vendors, and training resources where applicable.
