Senior Manager, Partner Optimization

What does a successful Partner Optimization, Senior Manager do at Fiserv?

As a successful Senior Manager of Partner Optimization in the Credit Processing Delivery Organization, you will ensure that Fiserv delivers on its commitments to our financial institution partners. You will serve a meaningful role in driving Partner Optimization’s P&L and client satisfaction with stakeholders across the organization.

What you will do:

  • Oversee team responsible for programs, projects and systems configurations

  • Ensure team delivers against client requests and business plans

  • Enhance and manage business processes and governance aligned to client and Fiserv initiatives.

  • Support development, usage, and management of key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Drive performance against key levers impacting quality and process improvements

  • Engage in client-facing activities aimed at increasing demand and retention

What you will need to have:

  • 7+ years of experience leading business systems implementations or operations

  • 4+ years of success in effectively driving timely delivery of projects

  • Proven expertise in data-driven management, metrics and reporting

  • 7+ years of experience in leading and motivating teams of 12 or more associates

  • Will travel up to 25%

What would be great to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work and/or military experience

  • Experience working in the payments, fintech or financial services industry

  • Card processing experience highly desirable

  • Solid thought leadership and ability to influence others through collaborative efforts

  • Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of constituencies

  • Adaptability and flexibility to excel in a complex, dynamic environment

  • Desire to improve processes and develop personnel
