Job DescriptionWhat is the Opportunity?The Operational Effectiveness (OE) Strategy & Enablement Team is responsible for reporting on key performance insights across Operational Effectiveness, managing financials, developing business cases (PARs), enabling our team horizontally to deliver on key transformation priorities, strategic planning and partnering with the overall Personal and Commercial Operations (PCO) Strategy team & ODIA. As the Senior Manager, Operational Effectiveness Strategy, you will play a key role in supporting horizontally across Operational Effectiveness, delivering on key strategic priorities that support Personal & Commercial Operations (PCO). The role will help drive transformational projects, including enabling agentic AI capabilities, while enabling strategic clarity through clear roadmaps and ensuring advancement of operations at scale across OE activities.
What will you do?- Develop operational effectiveness strategy roadmap and ensure advancement of operations at scale across Operational Effectiveness activities.
- Support translation of strategy into action, through enabling a common understanding of strategy, priorities, and outcomes across Operational Effectiveness.
- Identify / anchor required horizontal mechanisms and routines across OE priorities ensuring cross-functional engagement / coordination, transparency to senior leadership and alignment/tracking to PCO Strategy.
- Support horizontally across Operational Effectiveness key transformational deliverables, playing a lead role in aligning the partners across OE, reporting on key deliverables and insights, and aligning with the leadership team to eliminate any roadblocks.
- Leverage strong communication skills and business acumen to interpret outcomes and complex analysis into actionable and consumable insights to inform strategy and specific decisions at the OE leadership levels (examples: preparing executive level communications framing key metrics, facts and outcomes into strategic plans, concise and actionable roadmaps, etc.)
- Work collaboratively the sr. leadership team to ensure integration and alignment to strategy and transformational priorities and anchoring /engagement of the right teams and resources through strategy development, discovery and delivery.
What do you need to succeed? Must-have:- Demonstrated experience in strategy development including ability to connect strategies & sub-strategies, robust analytics, trends and leadership perspectives into clear, concise messages and outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in translating strategy into action including translating into initiatives and OKRs, building strategic roadmaps, aligning on governance and anchoring with stakeholders.
- Highly developed leadership, communication (verbal & written), collaboration, and facilitation skills and experience working in close partnership with senior leadership.
- Exceptional storyboarding skills with ability to convey complex concepts simply and build support for strategic direction.
- Structured problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities including ability to define problems, objectively consider alternatives, anticipate impact of possible solutions and provide well supported decision recommendations.
- Experience working in cross-functional multi-disciplinary environment and creating executive decks and reporting for sr. leadership.
