What is the opportunity?

Working as part of the Data and AI Platform (DAP) team, the Delivery Lead will design, implement, and maintain organizational programs in support of the corporate strategy. The Delivery Lead applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.

What will you do?
  • Lead digital transformation programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps with clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable, cross-team plans.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and roadblocks for smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data, cloud, AI) to ensure alignment.
  • Serve as primary stakeholder contact, providing updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Build stakeholder relationships to drive engagement and buy-in.
  • Leverage data, cloud, and AI expertise to guide technical decisions and ensure feasibility.
  • Ensure technical solutions align with architectural standards, scalability, and business needs.
  • Optimize delivery processes, foster continuous improvement, and drive innovation


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have
  • 15+ years of experience in program management or delivery leadership, focusing on digital transformation.
  • Proven success in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary programs involving data, cloud, and AI technologies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of data platforms, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and AI/ML.
  • Ability to align technical teams on architectural/design considerations and work closely with engineers.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies - Experience in Waterfall, Agile, Iterative/Hybrid approaches with knowledge and experience to use tools like Jira/Confluence/SharePoint
  • Financial Management acumen - Financial management acumen in large initiatives
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Expertise in managing ambiguity, driving clarity, and balancing multiple priorities in large-scale programs.


Nice to have
  • Certification in Agile (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Certified Scrum Master) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Experience in industries undergoing digital transformation, such as finance, healthcare, or retail.
  • Familiarity with value stream mapping and aligning programs to customer outcomes.
  • Familiarity and working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools, architecture and usecases
