Build the foundation that enables Marketing to operate at scale.
The Senior Manager, Marketing Process will be responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving the processes, governance frameworks, controls, and operating models that support Marketing capabilities across the organization. This role will help establish how Marketing work gets done, ensuring activities are executed through scalable, effective, customer-centric, and compliant processes. Customer communications, consent management, and CASL compliance are key areas of accountability.
This is a high-autonomy role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, building scalable processes, and driving continuous improvement across a broad set of stakeholders, systems, and capabilities.
What will you be doing?
• Design, build, govern, and continuously improve the processes, controls, governance frameworks, and operating models that support Marketing capabilities across the organization.
• Establish enterprise standards, governance practices, and accountability frameworks that enable Marketing to operate efficiently, consistently, compliantly, and at scale.
• Partner with Marketing leadership to identify process improvement opportunities, strengthen controls, reduce complexity, and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Own and enhance Marketing's customer communications, consent management, and CASL compliance processes, ensuring appropriate governance, controls, and alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Establish governance and intake processes for new marketing initiatives, customer communications, channels, and capabilities to ensure effective oversight and execution.
• Partner with Technology, Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Analytics, and Customer Experience teams to evolve processes, implement improvements, and enable new capabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on marketing process excellence, governance, controls, customer communications, and consent management.
What experience do you have?
• 5 to 10 years of experience in process management, marketing operations, governance, business transformation, operational excellence, product management or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, governing, and continuously improving business processes, operating models, governance frameworks, and control environments across complex cross-functional organizations.
• Strong understanding of process management methodologies, governance best practices, continuous improvement principles, and operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of CASL requirements, consent management principles, customer communications governance, and regulatory considerations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Legal, Compliance, Technology, Marketing, Product, Operations, Customer Experience, and Analytics teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data, business requirements, and operational insights to identify issues, prioritize opportunities, and measure outcomes.
• Experience working with marketing technologies, CRM platforms, customer communication tools, or customer engagement ecosystems is considered a strong asset.
• A degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field; Engineering backgrounds are especially well suited to this role.
• Experience within financial services, lending, banking, insurance, telecommunications, or another regulated industry is highly valued.
• Lean Six Sigma certification, project management certification, or similar continuous improvement credentials are considered an asset.
We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga office.

$126,500.00 - $149,500.00 CAD (includes base salary and bonus)
