Manager, Enterprise Triangle Partnerships is a high-performing and results-oriented leader accountable for portfolio strategy, implementation program management, and portfolio reporting across CTC's roster of Triangle loyalty partners, including RBC, WestJet, Petro-Canada and Tim Hortons.
Working closely with business leaders across Canadian Tire and external partners, this role serves as the central point of coordination for strategy, planning, forecasting, measurement and reporting across the portfolio of partnerships. The successful candidate for this position bring the right blend of both financial and strategic acumen and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
What you'll do- Own the Triangle Partnerships portfolio strategy, including annual and multi-year planning, forecasting, target setting and the budget submission process in partnership with various internal stakeholder groups
- Lead the measurement and reporting of results across the portfolio of partnerships. Work closely with the Data and Analytics teams to ensure tools, dashboards and data are being served up in usable and impactful formats
- Analyse customer/member data to derive meaningful insights that support customer engagement initiatives through partnerships
- Develop executive ready reporting, analysis and commentary for both internal and external (partner facing) senior audiences
- Collaborate with Corporate Development on new partner discussions; serve as the loyalty SME for value proposition design and business casing
- Supporting the day to day operations of each of the Partnerships (and the Relationship Managers who lead them) with data/results analysis, target setting and forecasting
- Prepare and deliver materials that facilitate executive decision-making across a wide variety of internal and external executive forums
- Lead, coach and develop two direct reports (Senior Consultants), setting priorities and building capability across the team

What you bring- Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration or a related degree is preferred
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience working as part of a high-calibre team with proven success planning and producing deliverables for complex strategic initiatives
- A mix of financial acumen, strategy and business casing experience, including building and navigating complex financial models
- Demonstrated ability to impact, influence and build credibility and trust with colleagues and senior-level decision makers
- Experience building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with a client service orientation
- Proven ability to guide others in a cross-functional team environment; people leadership experience is considered an asset
- High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, and comfort working with customer/member data to derive insight
- Retail and/or loyalty industry and operational experience is considered an asset
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects
- Strong judgement for dealing with a senior audience and sensitive projects
- A genuine curiosity towards retail and the Canadian Tire Corporation ecosystem
Our typical hiring range is between $79,000.00 and $131,000.00 CAD Annual. The target salary range is between $110,000.00 and $120,000.00 CAD Annual. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
