Full Job Description
The Senior Maintenance Manager is responsible for the maintenance function at our Glendale, AZ brewery. This position will set direction, goals, ensure compliance, and provide leadership for the entire plant maintenance organization. The Senior Maintenance Manager will lead a diverse team of maintenance technicians, planners, and schedulers to meet KPI's while leading and maintaining the utmost safety standards.

Accountabilities:

  • Ensure that there exists within the maintenance team an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations.
  • Provides leadership and is responsible for oversight of the brewing maintenance function.
  • Lead a world class maintenance program to include predictive, preventative, and reactive maintenance items.
  • Build successful interaction between production, quality, and warehouse teams in equipment repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure that the technical integrity and availability of equipment complies with all regulations.
  • Invest in and build capability of team members.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

  • S. Engineering with minimum 7 yrs. experience w/ minimum of 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience
  • experience in Industrial Automation, PLCs, Pneumatics, Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic, preferably in the packaging Industry.
  • Working knowledge of batch ingredient addition, fermentation, filtration, refrigeration systems, pasteurization and aluminum can /bottle packaging systems.
