As Senior Manager within Macquarie Asset Management, responsible for growing revenue and visibility of Macquarie Insurance Facility within United States, including identifying third-party financial sponsor prospects based on size, location, and industry verticals; working with Macquarie teams to establish current Macquarie relationships with prospective MIF clients; helping to market MIF's services to prospects with no current relationship with Macquarie; increasing penetration and reporting to current U.S. financial sponsor clients of MIF Americas; standardizing client reporting to align with EMEA and APAC; identifying other revenue streams for MIF from complex insurance products; and helping to create and enhance additional product offerings, including employee benefits and captives.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or related field (Accounting, Law, or Tax) plus 5 years of experience in job offered or 5 years of experience developing and managing clients involving complex insurance products covering large risks
- Prior experience must include 3 years working with private equity firms to procure insurance at the general partner, fund, and portfolio company level
- 3 years working with complex insurance products, such as transactional liability, tax credit products, and credit facilities
- 3 years pitching and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Salary range for this position: $178,500 - $264,000/Year. Within this salary range the base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
