The opportunity

Delaware North Global Headquarters is hiring a Senior Manager, IT Financial Management to join our IT team in Buffalo, New York. As an Senior Manager of IT Financial Management you will be responsible for supporting an array of activities that advance the transformation of the Technology Group and work closely with leadership in driving strategic initiatives. As one of the largest departments in the company in terms of expenditures and vendors, the Technology operating budget and maintenance thereof is complex, and the monthly accounts payable processing needs to ensure a timely processing of vendor payments. We are seeking an individual that can provide value-driven support to the Technology department by assisting in managing the complexity of our budget, expenditures and payments.

Pay

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $100,700 - $136,000 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Process timely payment of vendor invoices and ensure departmental countersigners complete tasks to support on-time vendor payments.
  • Analyze invoices to ensure proper billing as outlined in vendor contracts.
  • Maintain the vendor management document repository with updated and historical contract documentation.
  • Update accounts and the IT departmental budget, including updates, accruals and reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT managers, directors and Finance to support vendor relationships, payment processing and budget updates.
  • Partner with Technology leadership to prepare and present the annual Technology capital and operational budget.
