About the Role

The EST Senior Manager 65 Internal Events is an integral part of Latham 65s Events, Sponsorship and Travel team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing event strategy and event execution for internal events, while working with key stakeholders to define event strategy that aligns with firm objectives. This role will be located in our New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence and will require travel to be onsite for company events.

Responsibilities 65 Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coaching a team of event professionals responsible for designing and delivering best-in-class events
  • Proactively managing the entire lifecycle of large-scale events, including defining event objectives, leading planning meetings, checklists, venue sourcing, hotel and vendor management, onsite and virtual platform management, attendee communication, registration site development and mobile app, entertainment, activities, d 65cor, transportation, data management, post-event analysis
  • Developing and refining event processes to maximize team 65s efficiency and effectiveness
  • Driving initiatives to achieve maximum cost savings and deliver return on investment
  • Collaborating generously across business services to attain alignment across all events and ensure compliance and risk guidelines are adhered to
  • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham 65 Watkins retainsa0
