We're currently looking for a
Senior Manager - Internal Audit, Construction to join our Internal Audit & Risk Advisory team. If you're ready to take on exciting client projects and grow your career in a people-first firm, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll DoYou'll work on real, high-impact projects that help our clients solve problems and make better decisions. Your day-to-day may include:
- Leading construction-focused internal audit and consulting engagements
- Evaluating contractor billing systems, labor rates, change orders, and project cost controls
- Performing forensic reviews, contract compliance audits, and risk assessments
- Analyzing financial and operational data and providing actionable insights
- Writing detailed reports, preparing benchmarking data, and presenting findings to clients and internal stakeholders
- Supporting staff development while ensuring high-quality project delivery
What You'll BringWe know great team members come from all kinds of backgrounds. Some things we typically look for:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in risk consulting, construction audit, forensic accounting, or a related area
- Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, financial reporting, and contract compliance
- Experience with systems such as Yardi, ProCore, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to read and interpret construction contracts and summarize key clauses
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience mentoring junior team members
- CPA or relevant certifications are a plus-but not required
