The Senior Manager - Integration Management will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of enterprise integration and transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for managing integration plans, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth execution of post-merger, transformation, and organizational integration activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management expertise, a structured problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate across global teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of integration activities across multiple business functions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and priorities.
  • Collaborate with senior functional and business leaders to define integration goals, success metrics, and execution plans that drive business value.
  • Facilitate collaboration across global and cross-functional teams through workshops, sprint sessions, and structured governance forums to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and capture synergies; monitor performance and track progress against integration objectives.
  • Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms and dashboards to communicate integration progress, key risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and governance bodies.
  • Design and enhance integration frameworks, playbooks, and tools to standardize processes and institutionalize best practices across future initiatives.
  • Partner with HR, Communications, and functional teams to plan and execute change management and communication strategies that support employee engagement and cultural alignment.
  • Build organizational integration capabilities through coaching, knowledge sharing, and promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in integration management, large-scale transformation, or enterprise program management.
  • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Strong background in change management, business transformation, or post-merger integration preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on value creation and operational excellence.
