Full Job Description
THE ROLE:

AMD is seeking a highly capable and execution-focused Senior Manager, Global GSI Programs & Operations to support our Global Systems Integrator (GSI) Partnerships organization. This highly visible role combines GSI business operations, strategic program management, sales operations, business planning, and executive-level execution to help accelerate AMD's growth with our global GSI partners.

This role requires meaningful, hands-on experience working within the GSI ecosystem and a strong understanding of how global alliance and partner organizations operate. You will work across GSI sales and partnership teams to bring structure, visibility, and execution rigor to partner priorities, pipeline, deals, programs, and business performance.

As a trusted operational partner to the Corporate Vice President of GSI Partnerships and her leadership team, you will help run the organization's rhythm of business, manage strategic projects and programs, drive sales and pipeline cadences, develop executive-ready content, and ensure commitments move from discussion to execution. You will work directly within sales and business systems to understand pipeline and deal activity, surface insights and risks, and provide leadership with clear visibility into business performance.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable working at the strategic and operational levels. You can build a program or operating framework, dig into CRM and business data to understand what is happening within an individual deal or across the pipeline, prepare an executive business review, and then lead the cadence that drives actions and accountability.

THE PERSON:

Does this sound like you? We'd love to talk!

You are a highly organized, strategic, and execution-oriented leader who understands the GSI business and knows what it takes to keep a complex global partner organization moving.

You bring:

  • Strong, direct experience working with Global Systems Integrators and GSI partnership or alliance organizations
  • Deep understanding of GSI business models, partner motions, joint go-to-market strategies, pipeline development, and sales execution
  • Strong program and project management capabilities, with demonstrated success driving multiple complex initiatives from planning through execution
  • Hands-on sales and business operations experience, including pipeline management, deal inspection, reporting, forecasting, and sales cadences
  • Comfort working directly in CRM, sales, reporting, and analytics systems to pull information, investigate deals, validate data, and develop business insights
  • Ability to turn business data and operational detail into clear executive-level content, recommendations, and actions
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise technology sales and partner ecosystems
  • Ability to independently identify problems, create structure, propose solutions, and drive execution with minimal direction
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including executive presentation development and storytelling with data
  • Strong listening skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence across organizational levels without direct authority
  • Positive, action-oriented mindset with exceptional follow-through, accountability, and attention to detail

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

GSI Business Operations & Sales Cadence
  • Own and drive key operating cadences across the Global GSI organization, including pipeline reviews, sales cadence calls, forecast discussions, business reviews, and leadership operating meetings
  • Work directly within CRM, sales, and reporting systems to review pipeline, inspect individual opportunities and deals, validate business information, and identify gaps requiring action
  • Prepare agendas, content, data, and insights for recurring GSI sales and business reviews
  • Track decisions, actions, owners, and commitments and drive consistent follow-through across the organization
  • Partner with GSI sales leaders to improve pipeline visibility, deal progression, forecasting discipline, and overall execution
  • Identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities within the business and translate them into actionable insights for leadership

Strategic Program & Project Leadership
  • Lead multiple high-priority GSI programs and projects from initial planning through execution and measurement
  • Develop clear project plans, milestones, ownership, dependencies, success measures, and governance
  • Build scalable frameworks and operating models that improve consistency and execution across global GSI partnerships
  • Coordinate work across multiple teams and geographies, ensuring priorities remain aligned and deliverables stay on track
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive stakeholders toward resolution
  • Maintain strong execution discipline across multiple simultaneous initiatives and ensure commitments translate into measurable outcomes

GSI Partner Strategy & Execution
  • Support the operational execution of AMD's strategy with major Global Systems Integrator partners
  • Partner closely with GSI sales and alliance leaders to translate partner strategies and joint business plans into actionable priorities, programs, and sales motions
  • Help connect partner initiatives to pipeline creation, deal progression, solution adoption, and business growth
  • Support governance and business reviews with GSI partners, ensuring priorities, performance, opportunities, and actions are clearly understood
  • Bring knowledge of GSI organizations, partner business models, and alliance motions to help improve the effectiveness and scalability of AMD's GSI programs

Business Insights, Analytics & Planning
  • Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting that provide clear visibility into GSI pipeline, partner performance, program execution, and business outcomes
  • Analyze sales, pipeline, deal, and partner data to identify trends and generate actionable business insights
  • Synthesize information from multiple systems and stakeholders into clear recommendations and executive-level narratives
  • Support business planning, forecasting, prioritization, and performance management across the GSI organization
  • Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, and other teams to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and planning rigor
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools, analytics, and automation to accelerate analysis, reporting, data synthesis, and operational efficiency

Executive Communications & Cross-Functional Execution
  • Develop high-quality executive presentations, strategic business reviews, QBR materials, briefing documents, and organizational communications
  • Translate complex business information and data into clear, compelling, executive-ready narratives
  • Partner closely with Sales, Business Units, Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other teams to coordinate priorities and deliverables
  • Serve as a central connector across stakeholders, ensuring information flows effectively and decisions translate into action
  • Support leadership preparation for key internal, partner, and executive meetings
  • Build trusted relationships across the organization and use influence, credibility, and strong follow-through to drive results without direct authority

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and the operational processes that support pipeline development and revenue execution
