To support this vision, we are expanding the Digital Success & Support Team with a new role: Digital Experience & AI Enablement Specialist. This position will contribute to the adoption and effective use of the Forum's core digital and AI-enabled products across internal teams and external users, while continuously identifying opportunities to streamline workflows through practical automation.

Reporting Lines & Interactions
The Digital Experience & AI Enablement Specialist will report to the Head of Digital Success & Support in Geneva and will work closely with the Intelligent Workplace Product Team and internal stakeholders across the New York and San Francisco offices.
Breakdown of main responsibilities
50% User Enablement, Digital Product & AI adoption
30% Workflow automation & user coaching
20% AI Champion community management
The successful candidate will be assessed on
Drive adoption of core digitaland AIproducts by enabling users through practical, use-case-basedchange management, including targeted sessions, clear guidance, and self-service resources.
Identifyopportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and improve user productivity through the design and development of lightweight automations, workflows, and AI-enabled solutions
Help manage a community of internal AI championsthat promotes innovation and supports adoption across teams.
Act as a primary point of contact for user questionsand feedback,ensuring efficient adoption and continuous improvement of the user experience.
Guideusers to explore, adopt, and build practical digital solutions independently.
Preferred Requirements and Experience
Bachelor’s or advanced university degree in Information Systems, Digital Business, Technology & Innovation Management, Organizational Change, Communications or a related field, with a strong interest in digital transformation and AI-enabled ways of working.
2+ years of relevant professional experience in digital enablement, user support, learning and development, innovation, workflow improvement, technology adoption, consulting, or related areas.
Knowledge in AI-enabled productivity tools, workflow automation, and emerging digital technologies, with a demonstrated willingness to continuously learn and experiment.
Hands-on experience designing practical AI use cases, lightweight automations, or workflow improvements that simplify day-to-day work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain digital and AI concepts clearly and support users with empathy and patience.
Experience facilitating training sessions, onboarding, workshops, user support, or community engagement initiatives is a strong advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build trusted relationships with users and stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment.
Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Comfortable operating in an evolving environment and contributing to new initiatives with a growth mindset and solution-oriented approach.
Interest in community building, peer learning, and helping foster a culture of experimentation and responsible AI adoption.
