Senior Maintenance ManagerThe Senior Maintenance Manager provides strategic leadership over all plant maintenance functions and reliability programs. This role oversees multiple facilities or high-complexity operations, leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, reduce operational risk, and optimize lifecycle performance. The Senior Maintenance Manager develops long-term maintenance strategies that align with corporate goals for safety, productivity, and sustainability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee plant-wide and multi-site maintenance operations, reliability, and engineering functions.
- Develop enterprise-level maintenance strategies focused on asset performance and total cost of ownership.
- Lead predictive and condition-based maintenance initiatives leveraging digital tools and analytics.
- Partner with corporate engineering and operations to guide capital planning and modernization projects.
- Direct budgeting and long-range maintenance capital forecasting.
- Implement advanced maintenance and reliability methodologies (TPM, RCM, RCA).
- Establish global or enterprise KPIs and drive accountability through data-driven reporting.
- Mentor and develop maintenance leadership across multiple levels of the organization.
- Serve as the technical authority for maintenance best practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, extend equipment life, and enhance operational safety.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field required; Master's preferred.
- 12-15+ years of maintenance leadership experience, including 5+ years at a senior management or multi-site level.
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Reliability Engineering, and Maintenance Excellence programs.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing complex budgets and capital projects.
- Proven ability to influence at the executive level and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Advanced understanding of industrial automation, IoT, and digital maintenance systems.
