Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of the Prophix User Conference with a focus on logistics and attendee experience.
  • Manage the global events calendar to select strategic industry events for brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Develop detailed schedules and post-event evaluations to ensure seamless execution of all events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event initiatives with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Oversee the events budget, identifying cost efficiencies and finalizing accounts with the finance team.
  • Track metrics on event performance, including lead generation and attendee engagement, working closely with the Sales team.

Full Job Description
As Senior Manager, Events at Prophix, you will own the strategy, planning, and execution of our most important customer and market-facing events - including our annual Prophix User Conference, global tradeshows, and a growing portfolio of live, hybrid, and virtual experiences. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and our Executive team, as well as external agencies and vendors, to design events that drive pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and elevate the Prophix brand. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution - you'll set the annual events roadmap, manage budgets and vendors, and measure success through pipeline influence and ROI. The ideal candidate brings a sharp strategic mindset, strong global event experience, and a passion for creating exceptional attendee experiences at scale. Requirements What You Will Do • Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of the annual Prophix User Conference, including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, logistics, sponsorship, registration, agenda development, and on-site management • Own the global tradeshow and industry events calendar, researching and selecting events that maximize brand visibility, lead generation, and pipeline contribution • Develop and manage detailed critical paths, runs of show, briefing documents, and post-event debriefs to ensure flawless execution across all events • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Executive stakeholders to align event strategy with business priorities and revenue goals • Establish, monitor, and report on the annual events budget, identifying efficiencies and reconciling final accounting with Finance • Track and report on key event metrics including attendance, qualified leads, pipeline influence, and post-event conversion in partnership with Sales • Manage and develop one direct report, and coordinate external agencies, vendors, and event staff, overseeing contracts, deliverables, and performance • Drive continuous innovation across event formats and experiences, leveraging AI tools and emerging technology to improve speed, efficiency, and attendee engagement What You Will Bring If this role excites you but you don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
