  • Provide leadership and oversight to ensure reporting is trusted, consistent and fit for company decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain clear reporting governance, including reporting ownership, certification and cataloging, KPI definitions, business glossary maintenance, change intake and prioritization, quality standards and approval processes.
  • Work closely with the stakeholders of the 3 other workstreams: Data Governance, Data Integrations and Data Validation, Testing and Cleansing to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and alignment with statutory and management reporting requirements.
  • Translate the company reporting strategy to clear reporting priorities, including dashboards, KPIs and standard reports.
  • Oversee design and development of certified Power BI datasets and reports.
  • Manage reporting backlogs and priorities in an Agile delivery model.

Change Management & Adoption
  • Plan and lead change management for designing and implementing new reporting processes, tools, and standards to drive strong adoption.
  • Develop training, documentation, and adoption strategies to transition users to new tools.
  • Partner with Finance leadership and key stakeholders to reinforce consistent reporting practices and behaviours across the organization.
