Senior Manager / Director, Product Marketing - Server Memory
About the Role
We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager or Director of Product Marketing to lead the global product marketing strategy for our Server Memory portfolio - including DDR5 RDIMM, MRDIMM, HBM, CXL Memory Expansion, and future enterprise memory technologies.

In this role, you'll drive product positioning, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, customer engagement, and revenue growth across hyperscale, cloud, enterprise, AI, and OEM markets. The ideal candidate pairs deep technical knowledge of server memory architectures with strong business acumen and a proven record of launching and scaling enterprise infrastructure products.

What You'll Do
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management

Define and execute the product marketing strategy across DDR5 RDIMM, MRDIMM, HBM, CXL memory modules, enterprise DRAM, and next-gen memory for AI and HPC workloads

Develop market requirements and influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis

Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to align investments with market opportunities

Go-to-Market Leadership

Lead product launches from concept through commercialization
Own positioning, messaging, value propositions, pricing recommendations, sales enablement, and collateral
Drive adoption across OEM, ODM, CSP, and channel customers

Market & Competitive Intelligence

Track trends across AI infrastructure, hyperscale datacenters, enterprise servers, and CPU platform transitions (Intel Xeon, AMD EPYC, ARM)

Analyze competitors and produce battlecards and executive-level market insights

Customer & Partner Engagement

Serve as the business and marketing subject matter expert for server memory solutions
Present strategies to hyperscalers, CSPs, OEMs, enterprise customers, and industry analysts
Capture Voice-of-Customer feedback and translate it into roadmap recommendations

Sales Enablement

Build and deliver global sales training programs
Develop presentations, competitive positioning guides, ROI/TCO analyses, and solution briefs

Business Performance

Own KPIs including revenue growth, market share, design wins, pipeline, and adoption metrics
Support forecasting and annual business planning

Industry Leadership

Represent the company at OCP Summit, SC Conference, Computex, and AI infrastructure events
Collaborate with standards organizations and ecosystem partners

Required Qualifications
Senior Manager Level

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
8+ years in product marketing, product management, technical marketing, or business development
5+ years in server memory, enterprise storage, data center infrastructure, or semiconductor products

Director Level

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
12+ years in enterprise technology, semiconductors, memory, or data center infrastructure
5+ years leading product marketing teams or strategic product initiatives

Technical Knowledge Requirements

Memory technologies: DDR4/DDR5 RDIMM, HBM, LRDIMM, MRDIMM, ECC/RAS features, JEDEC standards, memory ranking and channel architectures

Server platforms: Intel Xeon, AMD EPYC, ARM server ecosystems, hyperscale and cloud infrastructure
Emerging technologies: CXL, memory pooling and tiering, AI training/inference infrastructure, HPC
Business and market: OEM/ODM ecosystem, CSPs, enterprise IT buying processes, server qualification cycles, datacenter TCO

Preferred Qualifications

Direct experience with memory module manufacturers, semiconductor companies, or server OEMs
Familiarity with memory qualification and validation processes
Existing relationships with hyperscale, OEM, or cloud customers
Experience launching enterprise hardware products globally
Knowledge of AI server architecture and GPU memory requirements

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Annual Salary Range $170,000-$225,000 USD
