Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Digital Analytics will play a key role within the US Commercial Insights Team, leading digital analytics, efficiency evaluation, and reporting across a range of US Commercial brands. Supporting channels including websites, digital advertising, search engine marketing, electronic mail, and social media platforms, this role will help brands understand performance, identify optimization opportunities, and make more informed omnichannel decisions through clear, actionable insights.

This role combines hands-on analytics expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and measurement leadership. The individual selected for this role will provide direct support across multiple brands. They will help create reporting standards and measurement foundations. They will also develop scalable methods of operation for brands with different complexity levels.

A key near-term priority assigned to this position involves leading the migration of select analytics implementations from Google Analytics 4 to Adobe Analytics. Working with an external agency partner, the individual will serve as the internal analytics lead for the migration, defining business requirements, directing execution, validating deliverables, and ensuring continuity in reporting and measurement throughout the transition.

What You'll Do
  • Lead digital data analysis efforts across multiple brands, owning reporting, performance measurement, and insight generation across websites, paid media, search, email, and social.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and recurring reports that provide collaborators with clear, reliable insight into channel and campaign performance.
  • Partner closely with brand teams to lead regular business reviews, interpret trends, find opportunities and risks, and recommend actions to improve performance.
  • Develop scalable measurement and reporting methods built to assist brands with varying degrees of channel complexity and business need.
  • Define benchmark frameworks, reporting standards, and analytics guidelines to improve consistency and quality across brands and initiatives.
  • Oversee tagging and measurement quality through basic website tag maintenance and coordination with the global platforms team on implementation updates and tracking requirements.
  • Own the GA4 to Adobe Analytics migration for selected accounts by capturing requirements, aligning collaborators, directing the external agency, reviewing deliverables, and supporting a smooth transition.
  • Lead agency and partner relationships related to analytics, implementation, and reporting support.
  • Explore and apply AI-enabled approaches to optimize analytics workflows, reporting efficiency, insight generation, and decision support where appropriate.
  • Partner with Data Science and advanced analytics teams where deeper statistical modeling, predictive analytics, or specialized analytical methods can improve decision-making across digital and multichannel environments.
  • Help evolve the digital analytics support model over time as brand needs grow and dedicated support is introduced where appropriate.

What You'll Bring:

Essential:
  • Bachelor's in marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-years in Analytical roles delivering business-focused insights
  • Strong experience in digital analytics, ideally within a commercial, marketing, or omnichannel environment supporting multiple collaborators or brands; experience at a pharmaceutical or life sciences company is preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise with GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords, Google Search Console, Power BI, SEMrush, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or equivalent, Mouseflow or equivalent, and Advanced Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain dashboards, recurring reporting, and performance reviews that support both tactical optimization and strategic decision-making.
  • Strong ability to translate complex multichannel data into clear, actionable recommendations for business collaborators.
  • Understanding of digital measurement frameworks, tagging approaches, and data quality management.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams and leading external vendors or agencies.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a centralized or matrixed support model, balancing shared priorities across brands with deeper support where needed.

Preferred:
  • Experience with Python, SQL, and Crossix or similar marketing measurement platforms, along with familiarity using LLMs, intelligent technologies, automated solutions, or AI-powered workflows to improve analytics productivity, reporting efficiency, and insight generation.
