POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager Data Enablement is responsible for building and operating the enterprise data platform that enables scalable self-service analytics, trusted data access, and AI-ready data capabilities across the organization. The incumbent ensures business users, analysts, and data scientists can independently discover and leverage certified data products, while advancing the Enterprise Data Strategy through reliable, reusable, and governed data solutions.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Serve as the primary Enterprise Data liaison to business stakeholders across key domains while leading the design and enabling an enterprise self-service analytics platform that empowers users to independently access trusted data.
- Build scalable, high-performance data consumption capabilities across both processes and technology that reduce reliance on custom IT reporting and data delivery
- Own the delivery roadmap for reusable, domain-aligned data products that serve as the foundation for reporting, self-service analytics, advanced analytics and AI/GenAI use cases.
- Effectively partner with Enterprise Data Leadership across Data Management, Technical Data Governance, Platform Engineering and Technical Leadership to drive outcomes and implementation of data strategy
- Influence data literacy and self-service capability through people, process and technology enablement including semantic models, curated datasets, organizational communication, and leveraging a network of data champions
- Execute the Enterprise Data Strategy by translating core principles into practical application through people, process, technology and governance.
- Measure and drive enablement success through adoption, reuse, time-to-value and data quality measurement.
- Lead and develop high-performing data enablement teams with a strong data product, enablement, and self-service mindset.
- Partner with technical leadership to scope strategic project augmentation and maintain technical excellence
- Partner with Enterprise Analytics to define data product ownership, align on roadmap priorities, maintain the governance partnership and influence adoption.
- Present delivery progress, cost trajectory, and transformation milestones into VP-level leadership on a regular cadence

QUALIFICATIONS: - Enterprise data strategy, data enablement, and self-service analytics operating models
- Modern data platform concepts, including Medallion architecture, semantic layers, curated datasets, data catalogs, data observability, and reusable data products
- AI/ML and GenAI data readiness concepts, including trusted data foundations, scalable consumption patterns, and responsible data access
- Ability to lead transformation through measurable adoption, continuous improvement, and sustained business engagement
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with practical execution across people, process, technology, and governance
- Ability to translate enterprise data strategy into practical execution plans, roadmaps, governance processes, and measurable outcomes.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - 7-10 years in data modeling, data engineering, or analytics enablement.
- 5+ years of experience leading supervisors, managers, and blended onshore/offshore teams.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to align priorities and collaborate across business and technology teams.
- Experience developing enterprise data and analytics solutions, including modern data platforms and AI-enabled capabilities.
This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence in our Phoenix, AZ office. This candidate will be required to work onsite 4-days per week, with the option to work 1-day per week remote.Please note, this position is not sponsorship eligible.
