Position Summary...

What you'll do...
Role summary:

As the Associate Creative Director, Home, you'll lead the ideation and execution of seasonal Home initiatives and integrated campaigns that bring Walmart's brand to life across channels. Partnering with creative leadership, you'll develop insight-driven ideas and create modern, compelling campaigns that drive business results.
You'll lead and mentor art directors, copywriters, and designers, delivering high-quality creative that is strategically sound, visually compelling, and consistently on brand. The ideal candidate brings both in-house and agency experience, combining strong concepting and visual storytelling skills with exceptional organization, agility, and attention to detail. You'll inspire teams and drive creative excellence from concept through execution.
What you'll do:
  • Develop insight-driven creative ideas and integrated campaigns that strengthen brand and business KPIs while elevating Walmart's Home brand.
  • Lead the ideation, design, and execution of seasonal Home initiatives across channels, from concept development through production and final asset delivery.
  • Create compelling visual worlds and high-quality creative that are strategically sound, culturally relevant, and customer-centric.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand expression across the consumer journey and alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Inspire and mentor creative talent, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Drive creative excellence, operational efficiency, and stakeholder confidence through strong leadership, communication, and execution.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience as an Associate Creative Director or similar role in an agency or in-house creative environment.
  • Portfolio that demonstrates integrated, 360-degree campaign experience.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills with a track record of mentoring creative talent.
  • Deep understanding of brand storytelling, customer insights, and creative strategy.
  • Proficiency in key creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Slides, Microsoft Office, Slack).

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00

Los Angeles, California US-10988: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
