Full Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and innovative leader to join ASM as a Manager of Corporate Marketing. In this role, you will be at the forefront of enhancing the quality of corporate actions and driving key business decisions. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with global teams, contribute to product strategy and directly influence the future of ASM's positioning in the semiconductor industry. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives in a rapidly evolving industry. This role will be based in Phoenix, AZ. Role Responsibilities: • For executive level presentations requiring corporate level alignment, work with business units and accounts on key messaging, and drive reviews and feedback sessions with internal stakeholders • Continuously develop and implement best known practices that span the corporation, including creating training material and hosting training events. These include items such as: o Presentation templates in collaboration with corporate communications o Product Launch best practices o Product life cycle best practices, phase entry criteria, etc o Application penetration tracking with sales o Root causing and customer engagement methodologies with account technologists and product support o Develop red team architecture and process scoring methodologies with business unit engineering o Collaborate with business development and product management on value pricing • Collaborate with technologists and technical directors to develop and document flows for leading edge logic, foundry, DRAM, and other markets such as more than Moore and Advanced Packaging. Work closely with Market Analytics teams to match these flows to SAMBA and ensure corporate market model capture SAM and TAM • Align and develop product roadmaps with the Chief Product Office to ensure that business unit product strategies are aligned to market and preparing for future inflections. Ensure that product group roadmaps are reflected in SAMBA models • Engaged with common engineering and manufacturing on gross margin initiatives. Ensure commonality and communication and tracking across product groups • Work with sales operations to align CRM with market models • Collaborate with stakeholders from business units, business development, technologists, accounts, sales, manufacturing, and finance to align on customer roadmaps, product roadmaps, market assumptions, competitive analysis and potential adoption in key areas. Enhance red team capabilities and drive analysis in weak areas of portfolio. Desired Qualifications: • PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or similar) • 6+ years of experience in semiconductor wafer fab equipment • Ideal previous roles include product management, product marketing, business development, strategic marketing, key account technologist or extensive customer engagement in an engineering role. • Demonstrated expertise in technical marketing, product management and launches, product life cycle management, and competitive analysis desired • Strong data analysis, critical thinking and presentation skills • Proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional and global teams (business units, business development, account teams, engineering) • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills • Executive-level presentation experience to internal or customer stakeholders • Proven ability to continuously improve processes, develop BKMs, and implement across cross-disciplinary organizations • Flexibility to travel internationally and domestically up to ~25% is required
