Full Job Description
Job Description Summary:

The Senior Manager, CADD Designer / PLM Integrator plays a vital role in shaping this innovation journey by elevating how we approach product design, 3D modeling, and digital governance throughout the equipment lifecycle.

This position bridges engineering design excellence with cutting-edge Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems to ensure modular, manufacturable, and globally consistent solutions for Coca-Cola's diverse equipment platforms-including Freestyle, vending equipment, microdosing systems, and more. Through leadership in CAD standards and template development, rigorous data governance, and prototyping capabilities, you will help transform ideas into production-ready designs that uphold quality and compliance requirements across markets.

Ideal candidates bring strong technical proficiency in complex 3D modeling, familiarity with PLM frameworks, and a passion for harmonizing digital workflows with advanced manufacturing strategies. If you thrive at the intersection of engineering, data governance, and product innovation, this role offers the opportunity to deliver high-impact solutions for Coca-Cola's future-ready equipment ecosystem.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Develop and steward CAD standards, templates, and best practices that ensure efficiency, accuracy, and global consistency across equipment platforms.

  • Lead complex 3D modeling initiatives for new product introductions (NPI), including the creation of high-fidelity models and fully detailed technical drawings for manufacturing readiness.

  • Partner with Core Engineering, Innovation & Design, and external suppliers (OEM/JDM) to align design intent with PLM governance principles, enabling streamlined product data management.

  • Oversee the internal 3D Printing Lab capability, leveraging rapid prototyping to validate parts, support early design reviews, and accelerate innovation cycles.

  • Govern CAD-to-PLM data flows and template compliance standards to maintain revision control and enable accurate product lifecycle information across systems.

  • Validate equipment component fit, configuration, and performance with rigorous tolerance analysis to mitigate risk during scale-up and commercialization.

  • Maintain model libraries and revision-controlled assets for modular platform designs, driving consistency across global operating units and equipment configurations.

  • Execute design-for-manufacturing deliverables that optimize production, reduce rework, and meet quality standards during early stages of NPI.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed data governance, modularity principles, and manufacturing considerations into the design process to enhance speed-to-market outcomes.
