The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of the Business Operations - G&A team. Embedded within the Commercialization Effectiveness & Operations function, we partner across Global G&A and Commercialization-adjacent teams, including Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Information Systems, Facilities, and Corporate Affairs. Our work brings together G&A operations and readiness, global commercialization contracts operations, change and capability enablement, as well as execution of prioritized cross-functional initiatives to strengthen organizational readiness, improve operational clarity, and support RevMed's continued growth.

The Senior Manager, Business Operations - G&A serves as a trusted business operations partner to G&A teams, enabling teams to execute against strategic priorities, foster cross-functional collaboration, and implement fit-for-purpose operational solutions. This individual brings strong project management, business operations, analytical and process improvement capabilities. They are comfortable evaluating complex business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, translating business requirements into actionable solutions, and leveraging data and insights to support decision-making.

Reporting to the Director, Business Operations - G&A, the ideal candidate is equally comfortable moving between planning, project execution, process improvement, data analysis, and stakeholder problem-solving, serving as both an operational project lead and analytical thought partner within an exciting, dynamic and fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Business Operations - G&A team members and global G&A teams to plan, coordinate, and execute prioritized strategic and operational initiatives that support departmental and company priorities.
  • Lead complex cross-functional projects, workstreams and working sessions, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, mitigation plans, and success measures, ultimately driving project progress.
  • Collaborate across Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Information Systems, Corporate Affairs, Facilities, Commercialization and other functions to drive alignment and execution.
  • Support development of project charters, change management plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and communications approaches.
  • Lead change management activities for assigned initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption planning, and feedback loops. to support successful implementation of key initiatives.
  • Develop business cases and project proposals, process analyses, operational metrics, reports/dashboards, and decision-ready insights and recommendations.
  • Help design, document and operationalize processes, governance mechanisms, and operating rhythms for assigned initiatives and cross-functional workstreams.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, timelines, status reports, process maps, meeting materials, and executive communications.
  • Develop visual process documentation and operational tools to support business process design, continuous improvement, and cross-functional clarity.
  • Partner with external consultants and vendors supporting strategic business operations and enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with project objectives and expected outcomes.
  • Drive measurable outcomes through disciplined project management, clear accountability, data-informed decision making, and proactive management of risks, dependencies, decisions, and execution against defined success metrics.
  • Foster open, collaborative, and solutions-oriented partnerships across stakeholder groups while embodying RevMed's core values of patient-centricity, collaboration, integrity, innovation, and inclusion.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Business Operations tools, processes, and best practices to support scalable and effective G&A operations.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and adaptability in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:
  • BS/BA degree in a related discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in business operations, G&A operations, operational excellence, project management, management consulting, or similar roles within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.
  • Strong understanding of corporate business processes and systems supporting functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, Information Systems, and related G&A operations.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, risk management, issue resolution, and execution.
  • Experience analyzing and documenting business processes, requirements, workflows stakeholder needs, pain points and operating models to support process improvement and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, develop recommendations, and support decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to balance strategic context and operational detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
  • Proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholder groups without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve productivity, streamline workflows, synthesize information, enhance project deliverables, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency while maintaining sound judgment, quality, and confidentiality and alignment with company policies.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Confluence, Egnyte).
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow visualization, and project management tools such as Visio, Smartsheet, MS Project, Office Timeline, or similar applications.

Preferred Skills:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or other PM certification or equivalent is a plus
  • Prior experience in management consulting, business transformation, or enterprise change management.
  • Experience with operational analysis, process improvement frameworks, operational metrics, dashboard development, or business intelligence/reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting commercialization readiness, organizational scaling, or operational maturity initiatives within a high-growth biotechnology or pharmaceutical organization.
  • Experience working in global or geographically distributed organizations.
