With a diverse and passionate team of innovators, our leading human and material research infrastructure, and the pioneering Science of Feel innovation philosophy, the Product Innovation team ensures that lululemon remains at the forefront of the sport, exercise, and lifestyle apparel industry.apparelAs the Sport Science Manager within our Elite Athlete Performance team, you will be directly accountable for establishing and implementing a world-class sport science capability that supports the performance of lululemon athletes and ambassadors and informs the future of performance apparel.

a day in the life
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of lululemon's athlete performance services, operating as the primary performance services lead while working directly with elite athletes to support performance in real-world training and competition environments.
  • Apply and evolve athlete performance frameworks and servicing models, integrating applied sport science practice with external performance partnerships to deliver relevant, high-impact athlete support.
  • Leverage real-world athlete challenges to generate applied performance insight and solutions that shape elite-specific product innovation, testing, and validation priorities.
  • Partner closely with Global Sports Marketing to plan, coordinate, and deliver athlete performance services aligned to athlete relationships, contractual context, and servicing priorities.

  • Extensive experience delivering applied performance services across a diverse population of elite athletes, spanning different sports, disciplines, backgrounds, and performance needs.
  • Strong credibility as an applied practitioner, with the ability to operate effectively in complex, real-world, high-stakes performance environments.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering performance frameworks, servicing models, and performance infrastructure across fixed and mobile athlete environments.
  • Proven ability to translate performance data, observation, and lived athlete experience into applied insight and solutions.
  • Experience working with, integrating, and managing external performance partners and specialist service providers.

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$167,400 - 219,700 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
