About the Role

We're looking for a strategic operator to own the day-to-day strategy and operations for DoorDash's Agency Sales channel. As the Senior Manager, Agency Partnerships Strategy & Operations, you will drive the JBP process, revenue reporting, and operating rhythm that turn our relationships with agency holding companies - Publicis, WPP, Dentsu, and more - into durable, incremental revenue, while partnering closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Legal to unlock new growth.

Specifically, you will:
  • Own the Agency JBP (Joint Business Plan) process end-to-end for major holding companies - economic modeling, deal construction, internal alignment with Sales, Finance, and Legal, negotiation support; and post-signature progress tracking and driving towards attainment.
  • Drive the Agency WBR/QBR operating rhythm: build and maintain the revenue dashboards, forecasting, and incrementality methodology that give leadership a clear, accurate view of channel performance.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify and unlock incremental growth - new advertiser activation, non-endemic revenue, co-marketing, and expansion of Agency-relevant ad products.
  • Build and maintain agency-facing GTM materials - narratives, decks, and vertical playbooks (e.g. QSR/Rx) - in partnership with Product Marketing and Sales.
  • Serve as the S&O point of contact for cross-functional partners (Product, Finance, Legal, Symbiosys) on agency-specific credits, contracting, measurement/verification, and data partnerships.
  • Own quarterly and annual planning for the Agency channel - setting goals, tracking OKRs, and reporting progress to senior leadership.
  • Partner with Product on the agency-relevant roadmap - surfacing and prioritizing what agencies and holding companies need (measurement, tooling, self-serve capabilities), and closing the loop with Sales and agency partners on what's shipping and why.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will...
  • Build: You're eager to build the operating systems, reporting, and playbooks that scale one of DoorDash's fastest-growing, most strategic sales channels.
  • Analyze: You use data-driven decision-making to model deal economics, define incrementality, and make the business case for where DoorDash should invest with agency partners.
  • Operate: You want to roll up your sleeves - from a single account's JBP math to company-wide reporting infrastructure - and solve problems in the moment.
  • Collaborate: You value cross-functional partnership and will thrive working across Sales, Product, Finance, and Legal, as well as directly with agency executives.
  • Strategize: You'll help define where and how DoorDash grows with global holding companies, from JBP design to next-generation partnership models.
We're excited about you because...
  • You have 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, business operations, sales operations, or partner management - experience in advertising, media, or ad tech is strongly preferred.
  • You have direct experience with joint business plans, agency/holding company relationships, or complex commercial deal structuring.
  • You have strong quantitative and analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets / SQL, Salesforce) and can build and defend a financial model or revenue forecast.
  • You have a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects - across Sales, Product, Finance, and Legal - and driving them to completion without a playbook.
  • You communicate crisply with senior stakeholders and can turn complex data into a clear narrative for a WBR or QBR.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable wearing multiple hats - from spreadsheet modeling to executive-facing storytelling - in a fast-moving environment.
  • You bring experience in advertising, retail media, or agency-side account or planning work.
