As a Microsoft 365 Senior Consultant you will act as a Subject Matter Expert to spearhead Microsoft 365 enterprise engagements. In this role you will utilize your passion to help drive the growth of the Microsoft 365 practice.

Responsibilities
• Work closely with Project Managers, Developers and Designers to deliver successful Office 365 projects
• Solution Design, wire framing; ensuring the design and layout are in keeping with the client's requirements
• Creating Modern M365 solutions using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and other Office tools
• Creating forms and workflows using Power Platform solutions
• Communicating with the client regularly as to updates, resolving issues fast

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, Viva Connections, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate
• 4 years' experience supporting/ implementing Microsoft 365 solutions
• Proven client engagement experience within consulting or agency.
• Requirement gathering; working closely with the client to establish their requirements, translating these into business requirements
• Experience running workshops and demonstrating the capabilities and benefits of Microsoft 365

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Experience with presales support

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $120,000-$140,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also consider prior experience, relevant skills, education, training, certifications, and other job-related qualifications.
