Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Backend/API Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce technologies, particularly Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Experience Cloud solutions, Case Management, and utilizing tools such as Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Einstein. This role requires a deep understanding of backend development and API integration, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs on the Salesforce platform.
- Implement and manage Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Utilize Salesforce tools such as Agentforce and Prompt Builder to enhance case management processes.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
- Leverage AWS-native services to develop AI solutions that enhance user experience.
Mandatory Skills:- 6-8 years of experience with Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with 2-3 implementations of Experience Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Case Management and tools like Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Einstein.
- Proficiency in VS Code, SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Salesforce experience is a deal breaker.
Preferred Skills:- Experience with AWS-native services for AI solutions.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
