Full Job Description
The Challenge

We are looking for a hands-on professional to manage the daily health of our global JD Edwards environment. This is an operations role where you will be the primary contact for system integrity. You will work independently to solve complex issues while coordinating with ERP international teams to keep EnterpriseOne 9.2 running reliably.

What You'll Take On
  • Daily Operations and Security: Act as the Tier 1 and 2 analyst for our global users. This includes managing JDE profile maintenance, security setup and terminations. Experience with All Out Security (AOS) is a significant advantage.
  • System Health Monitoring: Analyze and manage standard JDE batch job scheduling, maintenance, and administration. You will monitor health check reports and logs to identify and resolve issues before they impact the business. Knowledge of Smart Scheduler would be a plus.
  • Problem Solving and Root Cause: Track incidents in ServiceNow. You will analyze tickets to find repetitive problems and propose permanent fixes.
  • Integrity Management: Oversee various interfaces to and from JD Edwards. Review JDE and custom integrity reports, using your analytical skills to guide users toward resolution and perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies.
  • Financial and Data Integrity: Act as a key resource monitoring month, quarter, and year-end financial close processes to ensure data integrity and system availability.
  • Procurement Workflow Management: Troubleshoot and maintain JDE approval routes and delegations for Procurement. Experience with Version1 Approval Express is a plus.
  • User Enablement: Write clear troubleshooting manuals and training guides to help end users become more self-sufficient.
  • Project Participation: Contribute your expertise to upcoming system upgrades, implementations, and rollouts. Knowledge of OMW and project promotion activities. Follow projects promotion to production environment.


What You Bring
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of JDE Procurement and Financial workflows are essential. Familiarity with DMAAIs, Orchestrator, Scanman (OCR), and SQL is highly beneficial.
  • Experience: 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in an operations, business or technical analyst role.
  • Operational Improvements: Gather system requirements, create specifications and deliver solutions to continuously improve, maintain data integrity and system uptime.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using Google Sheets or Excel and ServiceNow for incident management and reporting.
  • Mindset: A passion for learning and a high degree of self-awareness.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear instructions for non-technical users.
  • Reliability: The ability to multitask and manage your own workflow under the pressure of tight deadlines, particularly during financial close or system maintenance.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
