Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, QA, product) to deliver high-quality, scalable features
  • Write clean, testable, and efficient code; perform code reviews and contribute to system architecture
  • Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability across the stack
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuously improve development workflows and processes

Requirements
  • Deep understanding of Computer Science-related Principles, Data Structures, and Algorithms
  • Ability to work both independently and closely with other team members
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Experience with standard DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, JIRA
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java features: class loading, garbage collection, Java Collections API, Multithreading, Concurrent programming, Reflections API, Java Streams
  • Experience working with Spring MVC framework, Spring Boot, Rest API, JSON
  • Hands-on with Event Streaming Platforms such as Kafka is a big plus
  • Hands-on with MongoDB from an application developer perspective is a big plus
  • Experience with transition from on-premises technologies to Cloud
  • Knowledge/understanding of IOC/MVC frameworks
  • Multiple years of experience with each of 2 or more frameworks
  • Experience with React, and components/libraries such as ag-grid, prime-ng, bootstrap, and ng-rx
  • Experience with Angular, in addition to React, is a BIG plus, as currently, Angular UI will be re-written using an in-house grown React-based UI Framework
  • Experience with building large apps
