Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with a strong background in software development, specifically within the Apple ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of proven experience and be adept at designing and building robust, compliant systems, working across distributed environments and various data technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain high-quality software using object-oriented programming with Java.
- Design and implement solutions involving data structures, distributed systems, and storage mechanisms.
- Develop and consume RESTful services to facilitate system integration.
- Optimize service performance through profiling and other techniques.
- Ensure systems are designed and built to comply with PCI-DSS, PII, and SOX frameworks.
- Contribute to software security and compliance initiatives.
Required Skills:- Strong experience in object-oriented programming with Java, including Advanced Java Concepts and Core Java.
- In-depth experience with data structures, distributed systems, and storages.
- Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful services.
- In-depth experience with messaging technologies such as SQS, SNS, and Kafka.
- Experience in service performance profiling and optimization.
- Familiarity with databases including Cassandra, Couchbase, MongoDB, and Oracle.
- Experience in software security and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with caching technologies like Redis, HazelCast, and Memcache.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, Gradle, Maven, and Git.
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced development team.
Qualifications:- 8-10 years of proven experience in software development.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience specifically within the Apple environment is mandatory.
