Required Qualifications - 8-10 years of progressive IT project management experience.
- Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level technology projects such as CRM, ERP, infrastructure, data integration, or cloud initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience supporting organizational or technology change management initiatives.
- Experience developing change management plans, stakeholder adoption strategies, training coordination, and post-implementation support.
- Experience working with business teams, technical teams, and executive-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Strong experience managing competing priorities in complex or evolving environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between technology, business processes, and organizational objectives.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or ServiceNow.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with project budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or comparable project management certification/training.
- Experience within higher education or another large, complex organization.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience using data and metrics to support project planning and decision-making.
