The Senior IT Project Lead leads the coordination and execution of complex AI development/implementation projects across the enterprise.
Work you'll doAs an IT Project Lead on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for:
- Lead the coordination and execution of complex AI development and implementation projects across the enterprise.
- Align project scope, milestones, and dependencies with mission priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers, maintain cadence, and keep delivery on track.
- Track progress, surface risks and issues early, and drive timely escalation and resolution.
- Ensure project outcomes are delivered with quality, governance, and operational readiness in mind.

QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor's degree
- Active TS and SCI eligible
- 8+ years of project/program management experience
- 3+ years of project experience with AI architecture, AI Data Governance, data architecture and/or relevant
- Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting government or public sector clients
- Experience with artificial intelligence platform operations, governance, or use case enablement
- Experience with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and stakeholder groups

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,500 to $229,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
