Responsibilities

Noblis ESI is seeking a Senior Intelligence Operations Support Specialist to provide intelligence support to space operations mission functions in an integrated space operations center environment located in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

The selected candidate will provide senior-level all-source intelligence analysis, counterspace operations support, and mission partner coordination across NRO, USSPACECOM, USSF, and the broader Intelligence Community. Drawing on deep expertise in space and counterspace intelligence operations, this role will deliver timely and accurate intelligence products and assessments to support space operations planning, execution, and decision-making.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Conduct senior-level all-source intelligence analysis in support of space and counterspace operations.
  • Monitor and assess intelligence reporting from multiple IC sources to identify threats to space systems and operations in multiple domains (space, terrestrial, cyber).
  • Identify, assess and report intelligence gaps and requirements to the Intel Support Lead and division leadership.
  • Support coordination and drafting of intelligence requirements and collection activities with IC agencies and mission partners.
  • Contribute to the development, enhancement and maintenance of a Common Intelligence Picture using NRO and IC tools and capabilities, as directed, ISO Mission Protection.
  • Prepare and present intelligence support products, briefings and assessments to operations staff and senior government officials.
  • Collaborate with USSPACECOM, other Combatant Commands and components, and IC partners to ensure integrated intelligence support to space operations.
  • Support the development and implementation of intelligence TTPs for space operations support.
  • Maintain awareness of current and emerging threats to space systems and operations in multiple domains (space, terrestrial, cyber).
  • Perform in-depth research and analysis on adversary space capabilities, intentions, and activities.
  • Support space mission protection operations planning and execution through the integration of intelligence products and assessments.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior intelligence analysts.
  • Support senior leadership with ad hoc intelligence research and analytic tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise OR Master's degree and 11 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise OR 14 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise if no bachelor's degree is held.
  • Degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated senior-level experience in intelligence analysis in support of space or counterspace operations.
  • Demonstrated all-source intelligence analysis experience with an emphasis on space and counterspace operations.
  • Experience working across USSPACECOM and/or USSF.
  • Demonstrated ability to brief and advise senior government officials and military leaders.
  • Experience maintaining and contributing to Common Intelligence Pictures in support of operational decision-making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex intelligence assessments clearly.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as ability to develop and manage online content.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in matrixed, multi-organization environment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with NRO MGS/IC operations.
  • Familiarity with USSPACECOM, USSPACEFORCE and NRO organizational structures and operational processes.
  • Background in counterspace operations intelligence and threat analysis in multiple domains (space, terrestrial, cyber).
  • Experience with IC collection management processes and tools.
  • Knowledge of advanced orbital mechanics and satellite operations.
  • Familiarity with space situational awareness systems and tools such as Satellite Tool Kit, FADE, Bohdi.
  • Experience developing intelligence TTPs in a space operations environment.
  • Background in multi-INT analysis and IC enterprise coordination.
  • Experience supporting space operations planning and execution with intelligence products, to include Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operations Environment (JIPOE).

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

USD $120,700.00 - USD $188,725.00 /Yr.
