Noblis ESI is seeking a
Senior Intelligence Support Lead to provide support to space operations mission functions within an integrated space operations center environment located in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
The selected candidate will lead intelligence support activities spanning all-source analysis, counterspace operations intelligence, and mission partner coordination across NRO, USSPACECOM, Combatant Commands, and the broader Intelligence Community. This role will serve as the senior intelligence advisor to the Chief of the Intelligence Division, ensuring decision-makers are provided an accurate and timely Common Intelligence Picture and threat assessment to support space and counterspace operations in all domains (space, terrestrial, cyber).
Responsibilities Include: - Lead intelligence support activities for space and counterspace operations within the operations center as well as the larger Directorate.
- Direct and oversee all-source intelligence analysis in support of space operations mission functions.
- Ensure use of common IC tools to maintain and enable dissemination of a timely and accurate Common Intelligence Picture to inform senior leader decision-making.
- Prepare briefing materials for and, possibly, present to senior government officials and military leaders on intelligence assessments, threats, and operational implications.
- Coordinate intelligence requirements and collection activities across multiple IC agencies and mission partners.
- Lead a team of intelligence analysts providing support to space and counterspace operations in support of Mission Protection.
- Identify, assess, and coordinate with appropriate IC element to close intelligence gaps through drafting of collection requirements and other mechanisms as appropriate.
- Lead the development and maintenance of intelligence products, threat assessments, and reports in support of space operations planning and execution.
- Coordinate with USSPACECOM, other Combatant Commands, NRO, and IC partners to ensure integrated intelligence support to space operations.
- Support the development and implementation of intelligence TTPs for space operations support.
- Oversee the integration of intelligence into space operations planning and execution processes.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level intelligence analysts.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise OR Master's degree and 11 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise OR 14 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise if no bachelor's degree is held.
- Degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, or related field preferred.
- Background in multi-INT analysis and IC enterprise coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex intelligence assessments clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams of intelligence professionals.
- Demonstrated experience leading intelligence support operations in support of space or counterspace operations.
- Demonstrated all-source intelligence analysis experience with emphasis on space and counterspace operations.
- Experience working across multiple IC agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to brief and advise senior government officials and military leaders.
- Experience maintaining and disseminating Common Intelligence Pictures in support of operational decision-making.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with NRO MGS/IC operations.
- Professional experience or education in orbital mechanics and satellite operations.
- Familiarity with USSPACECOM and USSF organizational structures and operational processes.
- Background in counterspace operations intelligence and threat analysis.
- Experience with IC collection management processes and tools.
- Familiarity with space situational awareness systems and tools.
- Experience developing intelligence TTPs in a space operations environment.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

USD $120,700.00 - USD $188,725.00 /Yr.
