Senior Integration Engineer - PCE (Houston, TX)
This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

What You'll Do - Lead investigation and resolution of complex production issues across applications, APIs, cloud services, integrations, data pipelines, and factory systems.
- Perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent fixes that improve reliability at scale.
- Design, build, and support integrations between factory environments, cloud platforms, internal systems, and third-party applications.
- Develop automation that reduces manual effort across onboarding, diagnostics, deployments, monitoring, and support.
- Leverage AI and LLM technologies to improve troubleshooting, incident response, knowledge management, and operational efficiency.
- Partner across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to solve high-impact business problems.

What You Bring Required - 7 -10 years in software engineering, sustaining engineering, integration engineering, SRE, production engineering, or a related role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and production environments.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java, or similar technologies.
- Experience with databases, monitoring, logging, networking, and automation.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred - Manufacturing, factory, IoT, edge, or operational technology experience.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with MQTT, OPC UA, SCADA, MES, PLCs, or similar technologies.
- Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience with AI, LLMs, agents, RAG, vector databases, or AI-powered engineering tools.
