Qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure engineering with a focus on security and resilience design.
• Expertise in VMware virtualization and Microsoft technologies (Entra ID/Azure AD, Windows Server, Intune, M365, Defender, Sentinel).
• Experience in designing redundant network architectures and implementing business continuity strategies.
• Familiar with Meraki networking and firewall configuration for secure cross-business connectivity.
• Knowledge of CIS18 controls, NIST CSF, and Zero Trust principles.
• Strong scripting/automation skills in PowerShell and Bash, with the ability to validate MSP deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Infrastructure in designing secure and resilient architectures.
• Maximize business continuity by eliminating single points of failure.
• Identify and design mitigations for cyber vulnerabilities.
• Work closely with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to execute remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with OT engineers and Product Owners to secure and maintain critical systems.
• Validate outcomes of remediation efforts alongside MSPs.
