The RoleWe are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist II to support and enhance our Workday platform and HR technology ecosystem. This role will serve as a key technical resource responsible for Workday configuration, reporting, integrations, troubleshooting, and process improvements across multiple functional areas, including Core HCM, Absence Management, Learning, and Advanced Compensation. The ideal candidate will have strong Workday expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience supporting a global workforce.
What You'll Do- Administer and maintain Workday configuration, business processes, security, and data integrity.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics.
- Support the design, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting of Workday integrations and third-party interfaces.
- Configure and support Workday Absence Management, Learning, and Advanced Compensation modules.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Finance, and IT teams to identify and implement system enhancements.
- Participate in Workday releases, system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and integration failures.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures while ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance the employee and manager's experience.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience, including at least 3 years supporting Workday.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workday Reporting and Analytics
- Workday Integrations and Interface Troubleshooting
- Workday Absence Management
- Workday Learning
- Workday Advanced Compensation
- Business Process Configuration
- Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, and system upgrades.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience supporting a multinational or global organization is preferred.
- Experience with Workday security administration.
- Experience with EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, or other integration technologies.
- Workday certification(s) preferred.
CompensationThe rate for this position generally is $105,000 - $130,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
