The ideal candidate is highly visible, proactive, and collaborative-someone who enjoys partnering with leaders to solve business challenges, develop talent, and build high-performing teams. This individual will bring both strategic thinking and a hands-on approach, with the credibility to influence senior leaders while remaining connected to employees across the organization.
